Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
